No Returns or Refunds on Personalised Items
All products we offer are custom-made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
- Ordering the wrong size, colour, or variant
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalised due to our error, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 12–48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their personalised nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- All personalised/custom-made products
- Digital or downloadable items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If you have not received a refund after it has been approved, please check with your bank and payment provider before contacting us again.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item due to a quality issue, please contact us at orders@kaplineart.com.
Shipping for Returns (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a return is required:
- You must ship the item to given physical address.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items,
